Severe-duty buckets from Werk-Brau are made with an aggressive dig angle specifically to dig efficiently under the hardest circumstances. This bucket is best used for high abrasive applications, shot rock, demolition work, and mild prying, among other things. This bucket can also be used for material handling when used in conjunction with a thumb.

Establishment

Every critical or high wear component is made of T-1 steel. This bucket has horizontal wear straps, tapered side plates, and an extra-thick cutting edge supported by a wear plate that covers the entire bottom of the bucket. Side wear plates prolong the bucket's operational life by shielding the sides in high-wear areas. The severe-duty excavator bucket's tip radius meets or exceeds O.E.M. requirements. Every bucket is designed with tapered side plates to facilitate easier dumping and lessen wear on the bucket's sides. The cutter bit is composed of robust cast metal.
