01 About this policy

EzeAD, operated by Ezead Media Group, provides a marketplace where people and businesses can discover, publish, buy, sell, and interact with classifieds, auctions, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and delete personal information when you visit www.ezead.com, create an account, use marketplace features, or sign in with supported third-party login services.

This policy is available to everyone who can use EzeAD, regardless of location. Separately operated EzeAD-branded websites or third-party services may provide their own privacy terms.

02 Information we collect

Depending on the features you use and the information you choose to provide, we may process:

• Account and contact details: name, username, email address, telephone number, password authentication information, and optional business or profile information.
• Marketplace content: advertisements and auction listings, images, descriptions, location preferences, messages, inquiries, reviews, and other content you submit.
• Service and transaction information: listing activity, customer-support requests, and relevant order or payment records if you use services involving a transaction.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, actions taken, security events, and approximate location inferred from a device or network where applicable.
• Connected-platform information: information provided by a third-party sign-in service, such as Facebook, subject to the permissions you grant.

We do not ask for your Facebook password. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive identity documents in a privacy request.

03 How we use your information

We use personal information as necessary to operate and support EzeAD, including to:

• Create accounts, authenticate users, and provide account or profile features.
• Publish and manage listings, support buyer-seller communications, and process marketplace activity.
• Respond to requests, provide important service notices, and resolve support issues.
• Detect spam, fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, and other security risks.
• Understand platform performance, maintain functionality, and improve the user experience.
• Send optional marketing communications where permitted and subject to applicable choice and consent requirements.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our applicable terms.

We process information on an appropriate legal basis where privacy law requires one, such as performing a service you request, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent.

04 Facebook Login & Meta platform data

If you choose to sign in or connect to EzeAD through Facebook Login, Meta may provide EzeAD with certain information according to your permissions and our integration. This may include your Facebook app-specific user ID, name, profile picture, and email address, if made available.

We use information received from Facebook only for disclosed EzeAD functions such as identifying or authenticating your account, setting up a profile, and supporting associated features. We do not request your Facebook password. Access to Facebook data is limited to what is necessary for the supported integration.

How to disconnect Facebook

You can review connected apps in your Facebook account's settings under Apps and Websites and remove EzeAD if listed. Removing an app connection does not necessarily delete information previously sent to EzeAD. To request deletion of data held by EzeAD, follow the instructions in Section 8 below.

05 Sharing and public listings

Information you deliberately publish in listings, profiles, or other public marketplace areas may be visible to other users or visitors. Consider carefully what personal information you include in public content.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, technical support, security, communications, analytics, and transaction services where applicable, subject to relevant safeguards and agreements. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect users, or investigate misuse. We do not disclose private Facebook Login data to advertisers merely because you use Facebook Login.

06 Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may support secure sessions, login, account preferences, fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising measurement. Third-party tools, if enabled, may collect information according to their own privacy notices. You can manage cookies using browser settings and any consent controls EzeAD provides, though disabling necessary cookies may affect site features.

07 How long we retain data

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide requested services, maintain account integrity, comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect platform safety. Retention periods vary by type of information and the reason it is kept.

When a verified deletion request is completed, relevant information is removed from active systems or anonymized where appropriate. Residual backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten under established backup processes. Some limited records may be retained where necessary and lawful; we will explain relevant exceptions when responding to your request.

09 Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, update, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. You can also adjust some account and listing details through available account settings.

To exercise these rights, use the EzeAD contact page and describe your request. We will handle it under applicable law and may verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information.

10 International users

EzeAD serves users in multiple countries. Service providers and technical systems may process information outside your location. Where applicable, we use measures required by law for international transfers. The data deletion process described in this policy is available to all EzeAD users regardless of country or region.

11 Security and children's privacy

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, and loss. No online platform can guarantee absolute security.

EzeAD's general marketplace accounts are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children for account registration. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can review an appropriate request.

12 Updates, third-party links, and contact

We may update this policy as our services or privacy obligations change. We will display the effective date above and provide additional notice when required. Links to independently operated websites or services are governed by their own privacy practices.
