Technical details

Each MXR model is equipped with a variety of motor configurations that enable customization for site-specific conditions and compatibility with the carrier excavator's hydraulic output, making it robust enough for even the most demanding applications.

Apart from maximizing the speed, torque, and input power, drums are engineered to achieve maximum blending efficiency and substrate homogenization. High surface area contact between the additives and substrate, as well as simultaneous lateral flow and vertical shearing, are produced by the dual, discontinuous spiral pattern of the mixing blades. There are options for custom drum design and construction.
