The medium class breakers from Okada come in a variety of designs, some of which are ideal for combining concrete and rock breaking with the possibility of faster blow speeds, and others of which are specifically designed to deliver maximum impact energy for the hardest rock applications.

All main breaker components are produced using Okada quality control procedures and precision machining techniques. Complete assembly replacements are not necessary, and the Okada breaker can be inexpensively and labor-savingly rebuilt thanks to the use of high-precision parts.

Heavy gauge high tensile steel plates are used to make breaker brackets, which are intended to protect the breaker body to the fullest extent possible and to dissipate heat while facilitating easier access to the equipment for routine maintenance inspections.

The service life of wear parts is increased by Okada bushing designs, a unique heat treatment procedure, and individually lubricated bushings.
